Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before shipping or processing begins.
- Custom PC build orders may not be eligible for cancellation once assembly or component procurement has started.
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be applicable in the following situations:
- Product received is damaged during transit
- Incorrect product delivered
- Product is defective upon arrival (DOA)
- Order cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability
To request a refund or replacement, customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product with proper photos/videos and order details.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items/services are generally non-refundable:
- Custom-built PCs after assembly/testing is completed
- Opened or used products
- Software, digital licenses, or activation keys
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation
- Special-order or imported items arranged specifically for the customer
Replacement Policy
Eligible defective or damaged products may be replaced after inspection and approval. Replacement timelines may vary depending on product availability and manufacturer policies.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider or banking partner.
Shipping Charges
Shipping and handling charges may not be refundable unless the issue was caused by an incorrect shipment or verified transit damage.
Warranty Support
Many hardware products are covered directly under manufacturer warranty. In such cases, customers may be guided through the official RMA/warranty process.
